  2. Core sprints: weekly workshops, assignments, and feedback loops.
  3. Portfolio build: real deliverables from partner briefs (with permission to showcase).
  4. Recruitment runway: mock interviews, referrals, and live interviews via PIR.
  5. On-the-job ramp: 30/60/90-day playbook and check-ins after placement.
